Individual and Couples’ THERAPY(Office or Hospital Visit):

    $275 for the initial evaluation visit 55-60 minutes
    $225 for 50-55 minutes 
     $320 for 80-85 minutes

I accept payment by cash, check or credit card at the time of service.

Use of Insurance

I have limited availability for HMO insurance fee slots with Senior (Medicare) Mission Heritage and St. Joseph Affiliated Physicians Medical groups. All other insurance panels I am out of network and am happy to provide you with a statement to submit to your insurance for you to obtain reimbursement.our full fee is due at the time of service.

You also have RIGHTS AND PROTECTIONS AGAINST SURPRISE MEDICAL BILLS.
